Open the mobile app by Facebook and tap on the messenger icon.
Tap on People option that you will find at the end of the screen in the bottom, and after that, tap on the Create a Room option.
You can limit the number of users, by clicking on the Edit option and then selecting Only People on Facebook.
After doing the desired settings, tap on Share Link to invite the members.
Create a Room from Facebook’s News Feeds

When you create a messenger room from Facebook’s news feeds, you have gained control over the people that can join the room created by you. You can limit the number of people on your friend list and who among the guest users can join the room created by you. You may follow these easy steps that can help you create a room:

You need to type Facebook.com in your address bar and login to your already existing account.
In your newsfeeds, click on the Create Room option to create a room.
Once you have created a room, click on the Room Activity option for choosing an activity or a theme for your room.
You can click on the New option to create a new customized theme for your activity, or you can also select an already existing theme from that section.
Click on the Who is Invited option to build up your list of individuals.
You can schedule the time for your meeting, and also, if you wish, then you can start right away. For scheduling the time, click on Start Time and then click on the Start Date and Start Time for setting the date and time accordingly.
Once you are done with the procedure mentioned above, you have the option to turn on the link sharing. If you enable the link-sharing option, anyone who has the link can join your Facebook room, including your friends from Facebook and users who do not have a Facebook account.
Type any comments and just click on the Post option to share it with the people you have invited.
